- The courier arrives and notifies you. They leave the courier package at your door and step back a few steps.
- You place the samples in the package, leave it at the door, and step back.
- The courier picks up the package and leaves. Maximum safety!
- The courier delivers your samples to the laboratory. A specialist will contact you to confirm receipt of the samples.
- You make payment only after your samples are received by the laboratory. You can pay through one of the secure methods:

How to collect DNA samples at home
A) Oral swab. Collection of buccal epithelium.

Our laboratory specialists recommend using new cotton swabs and new paper envelopes. However, we understand that this may require visiting public places. Therefore, alternative household materials may be used:
- Take a clean envelope for each participant. If you don’t have an envelope, make one from a clean sheet of paper (DO NOT touch the inside surface that will come into contact with the swabs). Label the envelope with: full name or pseudonym, relationship (e.g., father, child, mother, maternal grandmother, paternal grandmother), date of birth, and sample collection date. Prepare a separate envelope for each participant.
- Take 2–4 cotton swabs per participant. If you don’t want to go out for a new pack, use clean swabs you have at home (that have not been touched by anyone).
- Hold the swab at one end, and insert the other end into the mouth. Rub the cotton tip against the inside of the participant’s cheek 10–20 times with light pressure.
- Remove the swab from the mouth. Carefully cut off the tip that was inside the mouth so that it falls directly into the pre-labeled envelope. The part you held with your hands MUST NOT go into the envelope—discard it. Each envelope should contain 2–4 cotton tips per participant.
- Seal the envelope using its adhesive strip. If homemade, use glue or tape. Do NOT use saliva to seal it!
- Repeat the process for all other participants. Place all individual envelopes into one large envelope, keep it in a dry place at room temperature until the courier arrives. Submit an online application for the DNA test or call our courier at +375 293 206 979.
B) Collecting other types of biological materials
If you do not wish or are unable to collect an oral swab, you can collect other biological materials that contain DNA.
